Williams & Jensen has been the leader in postal legislative issues on behalf of paper, printing, mailing and supplying industries. The firm created and chaired the Coalition for a 21st Century Postal Service which coordinated lobbying leading to the passage of the Postal Accountability and Enforcement Act of 2006, the first postal reform measure since 1973. The Coalition is coordinating industry lobbying for continued legislative change on behalf of the industry. In addition, Williams & Jensen provides assistance for companies which seek to develop business partnerships with the Postal Service.
The firm also manages The Print Council, an industry marketing alliance. We also helped organize and managed a major national grassroots coalition Mail Moves America. Mail Moves America’s grassroots program was instrumental in the defeat of legislation in 19 states over five years.
