Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #529 Moshe Z. Marvit, of Pennsylvania, to be a Member of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.
 
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
 
At approximately 2:15pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Marvit nomination.
