Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #354 – Jeffrey M. Bryan, of Minnesota, to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:30am all post-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Bryan nomination, followed by a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #308 – Margaret M. Garnett, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

If cloture is invoked on the Garnett nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at 2:15pm and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #117 – Jose Javier Rodriguez, of Florida, to be an Assistant Secretary of Labor.
