At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Hall nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on

Executive Calendar #297, Julia Kathleen Munley, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Munley nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #53, Karla Ann Gilbride, of Maryland, to be General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for a term of four years.

If cloture is invoked, the vote on confirmation of the Gilbride nomination is expected to occur during Tuesday’s session.
