Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #265 Vernon D. Oliver, of Connecticut, to be United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:30am all post-cloture time will be expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Oliver nomination, followed by a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #37, Rita F. Lin, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California.

The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings. If cloture is invoked on the Lin nomination, at 2:15pm all post-cloture time will be expired and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.  Upon disposition of the Lin nomination, the Senate will resume legislative session and the consideration of H.R. 4366, the legislative vehicle for MilCon VA/Agriculture/THUD appropriations.
