At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #66 Geeta Rao Gupta, of Virginia, to be Ambassador at Large for Global Women’s Issues.

If cloture is invoked on the Shogan and Gupta nominations, the confirmation votes are expected to occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader.
