Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. 

At approximately 2:20pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1184, Kelley Brisbon Hodge, of Pennsylvania, to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

If cloture is invoked on the nominations, at approximately 4:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Behm and Hodge nominations.
