At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, following consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Calendar #399, H.R. 7776 WRDA; the Carper-Capito-Cardin-Cramer substitute #5140 be considered and agreed to; that there be up to 1 hour for debate, equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of time, if a Budget point of order is made and a motion to waive made, the Senate vote on the motion to waive; and if the point of order is waived, the bill, as amended, be considered read a third time and the Senate vote on passage of the bill with 60-affirmative votes required for passage.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Message accompanying S.3373, the legislative vehicle for the Honoring Our PACT Act. During last Thursday’s session, Senator Schumer moved to concur in the House amendment to the bill and filled the amendment tree. During Monday’s session, Senator Schumer filed cloture on the motion to concur.

At approximately 11:00am, we expect to return to the CHIPS+ legislation and begin a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House Message with substitute amendment #5135 (re: CHIPS+) to H.R.4346. Another message will be sent when more information is available.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

Additional roll call votes are possible during Tuesday’s session.
