Following disposition of the motion, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the House amendment to S.2938 with amendment #5099, the vehicle for Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. If cloture is invoked, there would be up to 30 hours of post cloture debate time followed by a vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2938 with amendment #5099 (passage).
