This Week’s Update

The House is scheduled to vote later today on both the Build Back Better Act (H.R. 5376), an approximately $1.75 trillion reconciliation package, and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (H.R. 3684), the bipartisan infrastructure package. However, the votes could be postponed, due to concerns from moderate Democrats about the lack of a CBO score for the Build Back Better Act. The House passed the Protect Older Job Applicants Act (H.R. 3992), the Hazard Eligibility and Local Projects Act (H.R. 1917), and the Advanced Air Mobility Coordination and Leadership Act (H.R. 1339).
