Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration Executive Calendar #770, Derek Kan, of California, to be Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget. 

At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Kan nomination, and if cloture is invoked there will be a confirmation vote at 2:45pm. Following disposition of the Kan nomination, the Senate will immediately vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #705, Marvin Kaplan, of Kansas, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years. 

If cloture is invoked, at 4:45pm the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Kaplan nomination.
