Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #600, Anna M. Manasco, of Alabama, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama.

At 11:00am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #600, Anna M. Manasco, of Alabama, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. If cloture is invoked, at 3:00pm, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Manasco nomination.

At 12:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #601, John F. Heil III, of Oklahoma, to be United States District Judge for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.  If cloture is invoked, at 4:30pm, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
