  • On Monday, following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #123, William Cooper, of Maryland, to be General Counsel of the Department of Energy. At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Cooper nomination.
  • Monday, April 29th at 5:30pm – 1 roll call vote expected:

  • If cloture is invoked on any of the nominations, there would be up to 2 hours of debate prior to a vote on confirmation. Then there would be a cloture vote on the next nomination.
