The House passed: H.R. 268, “Making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes;” H.R. 150, “To modernize Federal grant reporting, and for other purposes;” H.J. Res. 30, “Disapproving the President’s proposal to take an action relating to the application of certain sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation;” and H.J. Res. 27, “Making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2019, and for other purposes.”

  • Senate – The Senate passed: H.R. 259, to extend the Medicaid Money Follows the Person Rebalancing demonstration, to extend protection for Medicaid recipients of home and community-based services against spousal impoverishment; and H.R. 251, to extend by 15 months the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Program of the Department of Homeland Security.
