    • Alaska Remote Generator Reliability and Protection Act:
      • Senate passed S. 1934, to prevent catastrophic failure or shutdown of remote diesel power engines due to emission control devices, after agreeing to the committee amendment in the nature of a substitute.
    • Anwar Sadat Centennial Celebration Act:
      • Senate passed H.R. 754, to award the Congressional Gold Medal to Anwar Sadat in recognition of his heroic achievements and courageous contributions to peace in the Middle East.
    • Asia Reassurance Initiative Act:
      • Senate passed S. 2736, to develop a long-term strategic vision and a comprehensive, multifaceted, and principled United States policy for the Indo-Pacific region, after agreeing to the committee amendment in the nature of a substitute, and the following amendment proposed thereto:
        • McConnell (for Gardner) Amendment No. 4068, of a perfecting nature.
    • Museum and Library Services Act:
      • Senate passed S. 3530, to reauthorize the Museum and Library Services Act, after agreeing to the committee amendments.
    • Authorizing the Printing of a Commemorative Document:
      • Senate agreed to S. Con. Res. 57, authorizing the printing of a commemorative document in memory of the late President of the United States, George Herbert Walker Bush.
    • McNamee Nomination–Agreement:
      • A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that at approximately 2:30 p.m., on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Senate resume consideration of the nomination of Bernard L. McNamee, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, with the time until 4 p.m., equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees.
