The House will consider three bills under suspension of the rules and will; consider H.J.Res. 111 providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to “Arbitration Agreements”.  The Senate is expected to move to proceed to the consideration of H.R.2810, National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018, before moving to proceed to the reconciliation vehicle (Republican health care bill) post-lunch.
