    • Yarmuth amendment in the nature of a substitute (No. 1 printed in H. Rept. 115–4) that sought to allow for passage of legislation to create jobs, improve the Nation’s infrastructure, and reform the tax code; would not provide any fast track procedures for efforts related to health care legislation (by a recorded vote of 149 ayes to 272 noes, Roll No. 57).
