    • BUILD Act: Senate passed S. 1479, to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to modify provisions relating to grants.

    • Senate resumed consideration of the conference report to accompany H.R. 2577, making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016.
      • A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing for further consideration of the conference report to accompany the bill, at approximately 10 a.m., on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, with the time until the cloture vote, equally divided between the two Leaders, or their designees.

    • By a unanimous vote of 90 yeas (Vote No. EX. 111), Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., of Nebraska, to be United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska.

  • Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Conference Report to accompany H.R.2577, MilCon/VA/Zika, with the time until the cloture vote equally divided.
  • At approximately 11:00am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Conference Report.
  • As a reminder, this evening Senator McConnell laid before the body the message to accompany S.2328, PROMESA, moved to concur in the House amendment, and filed cloture on the motion to concur. He then filled the amendment tree. Unless an agreement is reached, the cloture vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2328 will occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday, June 29.
  • The filing deadline for 1st degree amendments is 1:00pm tomorrow, Tuesday, June 28. The filing deadline for 2nd degree amendments is one hour prior to the cloture vote.
