Res. 88, to disapprove of the Labor Department’s new definition of the term “fiduciary;” the “American Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2016” (H.R. 4923); the “Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Reauthorization Act” (H.R. 4901); and the “HALOS Act” (H.R. 4498).
