  • Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act–Agreement: Senate continued consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 754, to improve cybersecurity in the United States through enhanced sharing of information about cybersecurity threats.
  • A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing for further consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of the bill at approximately 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, August 5, 2015; and that the time until the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to consideration of the bill be equally divided between the Managers or their designees.

Today:

  • The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
  • Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.754, Cybersecurity. The time following Leader remarks until the cloture vote will be equally divided between the Managers or their designees. Unless an agreement is reached, the cloture vote on the motion to proceed will occur one hour after the Senate convenes tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5.
