    • National Labor Relations Board Veto Message–Agreement: Senate resumed consideration of the veto message to accompany S. J. Res. 8, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relating to representation case procedures.
    • A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing for further consideration of the veto message to accompany the joint resolution at approximately 10 a.m., on Tuesday, May 5, 2015.
  • Nomination Confirmed: Senate confirmed the following nomination:
    • By a unanimous vote of 93 yeas (Vote No. EX. 169), Willie E. May, of Maryland, to be Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology.
