  • The House approved several bills under suspension of the rules, including a bill “to amend a provision of the Securities Act of 1933 directing the Securities and Exchange Commission to add a particular class of securities to those exempted under the Act” (H.R. 701) and the “Homes for Heroes Act of 2013” (H.R. 384).

Today:

  • The House will consider a bill “to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and health care-related provisions in the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010” (H.R. 45).

Yesterday:

  • The Senate approved the “Water Resources Development Act” (S. 601) and confirmed Marilyn Tavenner to be Administration of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
