  • The House approved the rule for consideration of the “Working Families Flexibility Act of 2013” (H.R. 1406), which would allow private-sector employers to provide the option of comp time instead of overtime pay.

Today:

  • The House will complete consideration of the “Working Families Flexibility Act of 2013” (H.R. 1406) and begin consideration of debt prioritization legislation, the “Full Faith and Credit Act” (H.R. 807).
