  • The House will begin consideration of the “Working Families Flexibility Act of 2013” (H.R. 1406), which would allow private-sector employers to provide the option of comp time instead of overtime pay.

  • The Senate approved the “Marketplace Fairness Act of 2013” (S. 743).


Today:
