  • The House will consider several bills under suspension of the rules, including the “Patent Law Treaties Implementation Act of 2012” (S. 3486).




  • The Senate approved the “FY 2013 Defense Authorization Act” (S. 3254) and failed to pass the “Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Treaty” (Treaty Doc. 112-7).
