Yesterday:

  • Under suspension of the rules, the House approved the “DHS Accountability Act of 2012” (H.R. 5913), the “Medical Preparedness Allowable Use Act” (H.R. 5997), and the Senate amendment to the “Jamie Zapata Border Enforcement Security Task Force Act” (H.R. 915).

Today:

  • The House will consider several post office and federal building naming bills.

 

Senate

Yesterday:

  • The Senate agreed to the motion to proceed to the “Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Treaty” (Treaty Doc. 112-7). The Senate also began consideration of the motion to proceed to the “FY 2013 Defense Authorization Act” (S. 3254).


Today:

  • The Senate is expected to continue consideration of the “Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Treaty” (Treaty Doc. 112-7) and the motion to proceed to the “FY 2013 Defense Authorization Act” (S. 3254).
