  • Under suspension of the rules, the House will consider the “DHS Accountability Act of 2012” (H.R. 5913), the “Medical Preparedness Allowable Use Act” (H.R. 5997), and the Senate amendment to the “Jamie Zapata Border Enforcement Security Task Force Act” (H.R. 915).

 

Senate

Yesterday:

  • The Senate voted against a motion to waive the Budget Act with respect to a substitute amendment to the “Sportsmen’s Act of 2012” (S. 3525).


Today:

  • The Senate is expected to consider the motion to proceed to the “FY 2013 Defense Authorization Act” (S. 3254).
