  • The House approved several bills under suspension of the rules, including a bill “requiring a study of voluntary community-based flood insurance options” (H.R. 6186) and a bill to “amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to permit candidates for election for Federal office to designate an individual who will be authorized to disburse funds” (H.R. 406).

Today:

  • The House will consider several bills under suspension of the rules, including the “Government Spending Accountability Act of 2012” (H.R. 4631), the “American Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2012” (H.R. 5865), and a bill to “extend the Undertaking Spam, Spyware and Fraud Enforcement with Enforcers beyond Borders Act of 2006” (H.R. 6131).
