Yesterday:

  • The House approved several bills under suspension of the rules, including the “Food and Drug Administration Reform Act of 2012” (H.R. 5651), the “Federal Communications Commission Consolidated Reporting Act of 2012” (H.R. 3310), and the “WMD Intelligence and Information Sharing Act of 2011” (H.R. 2764). The House also agreed to the Senate amended “National Flood Insurance Program Extension Act” (H.R. 5740).

Today:

  • The House will consider the “Intelligence Authorization Act for FY 2013” (H.R. 5743), the “Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for FY 2013” (H.R. 5854), and a motion to instruct conferees on the “Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2012” (H.R. 4348).
