  • The Senate voted against the motion to proceed to the joint resolution of congressional disapproval of “the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) relating to representation election procedures” (S. J. Res. 36). The Senate also continued consideration of the Postal Reform Bill (S. 1789) and held votes on several amendments.
