  • The Senate confirmed a judicial nominee and considered motions to proceed to the “Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2012” (S. 2338) and a joint resolution of congressional disapproval of “the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relating to representation election procedures” (S. J. Res. 36).


Today:

  • The Senate will continue consideration of the motions to proceed to the “Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2012” (S. 2338) and a joint resolution of congressional disapproval of “the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) relating to representation election procedures” (S. J. Res. 36). The procedural vote on the NLRB resolution will be held this afternoon.
    The Senate will also continue consideration of the Postal Reform Bill (S. 1789).
