  • Under suspension of the rules, the House approved three Financial Services bills, the “Swap Execution Facility Clarification Act’ (H.R. 2586), the “Business Risk Mitigation and Price Stabilization Act of 2011” (H.R. 2682) and a bill to “Exempt inter-affiliate swaps from certain regulatory requirements put in place by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act” (H.R. 2779).

Today:

  • The House will consider a 3 month Surface Transportation Extension (H.R. 4239) and vote to concur in the Senate Amendment to the “Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act” (H.R. 3606).
