Senate

Yesterday:

  • The Senate approved the “Pipeline Safety, Regulatory Certainty, and Job Creation Act of 2011” (H.R. 2845) and began consideration of two resolutions regarding balanced budget amendments to the Constitution (S.J. Res 10 and S.J. Res 24).


Today:

  • The Senate will complete consideration of the balanced budget amendments to the Constitution (S.J. Res 10 and S.J. Res 24). It is possible that the Senate will also consider the Conference Report for the “National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2012” (H.R. 1540) and the House approved Payroll Tax bill (H.R. 3630).
