Doughty to be United States District Judges; Russel Vought to be Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget; William Northey to be Under Secretary of Agriculture for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services; Gregory Doud, of Kansas, to be Chief Agricultural Negotiator, USTR; Jason Kearns to be a Member of the United States International Trade; Denis Sheato to be Deputy United States Trade Representative; and  C.J. Mahoney to be a Deputy United States Trade Representative (Investment Services, Labor, Environment, Africa, China, and the Western Hemisphere).
