The House will take one postponed suspension vote then complete consideration of H.R. 1 – Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. The Senate will resume consideration of Joseph Otting, to be Comptroller of the Currency, post-cloture. Following disposition of the Otting nomination, the Senate will vote on the pending cloture motions with respect to the following nominations: Donald C. Coggins Jr., to be United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina, and Dabney Langhorne Freidrich, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

The House will consider nine bills under suspension of the rules and begin consideration of H.R. 1 – Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. The Senate will resume consideration of David G. Zatezalo, to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health; vote on the nomination of Mark T. Esper, to be Secretary of the Army; vote on the Zatezalo nomination; and vote to invoke cloture on Joseph Otting, to be Comptroller of the Currency.

The Senate will resume consideration of Stephen Gill Bradbury, to be General Counsel to the Department of Transportation.
