The House will consider H.R. 4607 – Comprehensive Regulatory Review Act as well as eight bills under suspension of the rules. The Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.2155, Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act. At 11:00am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.2155, followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination of Terry Doughty, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Louisiana.
