The House will consider S. 140 – To amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT Settlement Fund. The Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Thomas Lee Robinson Parker, to be US District Judge for the Western District of Tennessee, post-cloture. Upon disposition of the Parker nomination there will be an immediate cloture vote on Michael Lawrence Brown, to be US District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
