Frank C. Vlossak IV
Frank Vlossak joined Williams & Jensen in 1999 and became a Principal in 2004. Mr. Vlossak focuses on policy issues including energy, environment, natural resources, aviation, and transportation. He has extensive experience working on behalf of oil, natural gas, and refined product pipeline operators.
From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Vlossak worked for Representative Merrill Cook (R-UT) as a legislative assistant handling Transportation and Infrastructure Committee issues. Prior to law school, he worked as a legislative analyst at Williams & Jensen. Mr. Vlossak is from Clinton, New York and started his Washington career as an intern to Representative Sherwood Boehlert (R-NY) in 1987.
In addition to serving Williams & Jensen clients, Mr. Vlossak is a member of the Energy Bar Association, the Federalist Society and the Republican National Lawyers Association. In 2008, 2012, and 2016, Mr. Vlossak co-taught a class in lobbying and government relations at Hamilton College.
